Challenge: How can we connect our values to strategy and vision development?
Oikocredit is the largest micro financing organisation in the world. The organisation was developing a new strategy for the global inflow network. Their business model is positioned in the rapidly changing financial world. Ink Strategy helped facilitate the process with a large scale intervention to align the top 100 stakeholders and create one vision.
Result: Alignment on the new strategy by the top 100 stakeholders with a co-created visual story.
PwC is one of the ‘big four’ auditing firms. When they asked Ink Strategy to help them visualise the future of auditing we gladly agreed.
Within different auditing departments we facilitated vision workshops to gather insights to develop future scenarios for the industry. We created multiple visualisation and an animation that are used at both universities and at client conferences to inspire a new wave of audit practitioners to think outside of the box in a relatively classic business environment.
Result: A shared vision of the future of audit. Over 1500 people were engaged by the visualisation and video
Heineken is well known for it’s global reach as a beer brewer but keeping the business and employees aligned globally is another challenge. Ink Strategy was hired to help sketch out the vision of a new set of business processes and help with the internal communication around a global internal change initiative.
Result: We are creating a communication platform that will be invincible in implementation. Project is still in progress.
