Case 1

Akzo Nobel

AkzoNobel is a leading global paints and coatings company and a major producer of specialty chemicals. The company had already dedicated effort on becoming a purpose led organisation. Ink Strategy partnered up with AkzoNobel to design an engagement programme to activate the purpose globally throughout the organisation with a road show for both top leadership and operating company staff.

Result: The top 250 managers of AkzoNobel got visually engaged in the new purpose way of leading the company. The program rollout for employees will most likely start mid 2016.

Case 2


Royal DSM is a global science based company active in health nutrition and materials. DSM created an employee value proposition to make the on boarding process as clear and comfortable as possible for new hires. DSM asked Ink Strategy help activate their on boarding strategy by creating a communications platform and a compelling animation.

Result: More than 7000 future employees are have viewed this effective external HR video (one of DSM’s highest viewed videos.) The visualisations are being actively used in external communication.

Case 3


“Veiligheidsregio Zeeland” is a network organisation for safety in the south of Holland that coordinates firefighters, police, citizens and the government in the case of an emergency. Every five years VRZ and partners have to create an integrated five year strategy to keep Zeeland safe together.

VRZ asked Ink Strategy to help them in bring different stakeholders together to creation a shared vision on new strategic priorities. Ink facilitated ten groups of 20 participants with a mix of government, police, firefighters, citizen, coastguards and customs agents to gather input and co-create a the backbone of a new strategy.

Result: Quick and effective co-creation proces of the strategic priorities. More than 200 key stakeholders are engaged and the strategy has been approved by the government.
